REQUIREMENTS & FEE

REQUIRED documents:

* RECONCILIATION (2nd & 3rd Grade - NEW students):

1. Baptismal Certificate

* HOLY COMMUNION (NEW students - Grades 4th thru 8th):

1. Baptismal Certificate

2. Reconciliation Certificate or Letter of Completion from Parish your child

received his/her Sacrament of Reconciliation (ONLY if completed)

* HOLY COMMUNION (RETURNING students from last year - Grades 3rd & 4th)

1. Registration Form ONLY

* CONFIRMATION (High School) and RCIA (18 years old and above):

1. Baptismal Certificate

2. Holy Communion Certificate (if no notation on Baptismal Certificate,

ONLY if received)

Registration Forms WILL NOT be accepted WITHOUT required documents.

FEE - non-refundable after September 10, 2025

$50 per child OR $100 (flat rate - 3 or more children)
